General Terms and Conditions

General Business Terms for Charter Flights:
NORDEN AIR does not accept responsibility for flight cancellations due to weather conditions below the legal parameters, unforeseeable technical malfunctions or unscheduled preventive or other maintenance work on the aircraft. NORDEN AIR will try to arrange for a replacement aircraft; however, the chartering party is not entitled to any legal claims or a particular replacement aircraft.  

Accident Liability:
The paragraph LuftVG § 44 of German aviation law regulates the responsibility of air carriers towards its passengers and their luggage.
§45 LuftVG states the maximum level of liability in case of presumed responsibility, gross negligence and full third-party responsibility.
The insurance documentation for the NORDEN AIR aircraft can be consulted any time upon request.

Damage Report:
All cases of damage, which has demonstrably occurred on board, must be brought to the pilot’s attention immediately or, at the very latest, upon the conclusion of the flight.

Exclusion of Liability:
NORDEN AIR shall not be held liable for additional costs resulting from the alteration or cancellation of flights, as stated in the General Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation of a Flight:
Up to 14 days prior to departure: no cancellation fees
14 days to 1 day prior to departure: 20% of the established charter cost
Less than 24h prior to departure: 50% of the established charter cost
Failure of the charter client to present himself: 100% of the established charter cost
